Vacancies currently exist only in our Head Office in Handforth where we are recruiting in the following fields:
Sales Advisors
As a Sales Advisor you will communicate directly with potential customers by telephone. You will follow up requests for help from people with debt problems and will advise on the best course of action for each person. You will then initiate the solution before passing on details to our administration team.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Full training will be offered where appropriate.
Debt Management Administrators
As a Debt Management Administrator you will communicate directly with clients on debt management programmes advising them on the progress of their programme, monitoring current income and expenditure and attending to their queries. In doing so you will exercise discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality in the best interests of the clients in accordance with company policy and procedures. You will also provide information to clients' creditors to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of debt management programmes.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Full training will be offered where appropriate.
